Okay because I am downloading the plugin from the official [Confluent Hub](https://www.confluent.io/hub/) and previously I was using a Tabular Iceberg Sink implementation but now it has been removed. The point is that the plugins `.jar` should contain all the dependencies because when using the Confluent Kubernetes CRDs it is really difficult to workaround and manually put the unzipped folder in the correct location.
