## Which issue does this PR close? - Closes #2070 . ## What changes are included in this PR? 1. We removed the ci action to free up disk space, which was a hack and becomes quite unstable. 2. Refactored tests to start containers only once. Also we introduced some utility methods to help making namespace unique across tests. ## Are these changes tested?
