We have the same issue, this is breaking Polars' CI.
It seems that 0.9.0 is missing the 3.10+ manylinux wheel that 0.8.0 has:
- https://pypi.org/project/pyiceberg-core/0.8.0/#files has
`pyiceberg_core-0.8.0-cp310-abi3-manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.whl`.
- https://pypi.org/project/pyiceberg-core/0.9.0/#files doesn't have a
`cp310-abi3` for linux x86_64.
