@alliasgher can you plz help with this PR-review, since @tanmayrauth claimed this - let him finish this line of work Good first issue is a warm up tasks for future contributors, let's not over subscribe one person for all of them. I suggest to close https://github.com/apache/iceberg-go/pull/876 and keep this one as main work line.
