   Here is the usage from the events endpoint spec PR. It also introduced 
`CatalogObjectUuid` concept that encapsulates the type and uuid, which is used 
as request filters. I am not sure we need the `CatalogObjectUuid` concept. We 
can have separate filters for object types (like tables, views, namespaces) and 
uuids.
