Either we fix the `RESTCatalogServer` and add the `file://` scheme in in the
warehouse location, or we have to [handle the path with and without
scheme](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/16549/changes/5864e065daf53967cbf888267f3dd3224b8acbbb)
in read.
