Status: the review feedback (chiefly that the on-disk layout needs to conform to the Iceberg AES GCM Stream spec — AGS1 magic, per-block stored nonces, block-sequence AAD, and Java's `StandardKeyMetadata` Avro form — so files interop with Java/PyIceberg) hasn't been addressed yet.
