Totally agree that we should wait for Flink 1.12.1. There is also agreement that we should only upgrade Flink dep to 1.12 after Iceberg 0.11 release (probably this month). Yeah, if the connector lives in Flink, then we don't have the Flink versioning problem. Instead, we may have Iceberg versioning problem.
