@rdblue @jackye1995 @kbendick I have moved LockManagers to core and added the capability for HadoopTableOperations to leverage that. Specifically, users can pass in lock configuration via Hadoop Configuration (prefix with `iceberg.`) , please let me know if this is the approach you like.
