Review Comment:
   Currently, this is how this implementation discovers files appended in the 
specified snapshot.
   
   - discover all files reachable by the `snapshotId` via time travel. 
   - found all files added in this snapshot. 
   - filter the files discovered during the first step with the appended data 
files discovered in second step
   
   This method probably can be simplified. We can use 
`TableScan#appendsBetween(parentSnapshotId, snapshotId)#planFiles` to get the 
`FileScanTask` collection. 
   
   Then we can apply the `ignoreRowsDeletedWithinSnapshot` transformation if 
needed.
