Actually I was thinking about this more over the weekend, what if we had
lowerBound <Struct <Table's Schema>>
upperBound <Struct<Table's Schema>>
That way all of the types would be their original column types, I think the
only thing we need to do is make all the fields optional since we don't have
metrics for certain types. Or you could just select not on those columns.
This would kind of invert the current layout and i'm not sure how well that
fits but the layout would instead look like
metricName.columnToRead
