Many tests in Ignite Binary Objects Basic plan failed on TC. The following 
problems found and fixed:

  # {{BinaryAbstractOutputStream.readXxxArray}} where {{Xxx}} is multibyte 
type. Incorrect positioning in case of big endian byte order.
  # {{BinaryObjectOffheapImpl}} uses system byte order while objects always 
serialized with little endian byte order.
  # {{BinaryObjectBuilderSelfTest}} and 
{{BinaryObjectBuilderNonCompactSelfTest}} uses system byte order while objects 
always serialized with little endian byte order.
