Thanks, I've finished with the review. Left a couple of minor comments in the 
pull-request. Please address them and after that we will merge your changes.

Regarding the documentation. I found out that we don't have docs for old 
streaming implementation.
Would you mind adding documentation for both streamers (Kafka connect based & 
old one)?

If you feel that we should have two separate pages for two different type of 
Kafka streamers then we let's do it.
