Port 8080 is often consumed by other apps, so it doesn't seem to be a good
choice for the default REST port. Let's choose something more Ignite-specific.
Otherwise, there is a big chance a user will not be able to go through the
Getting Started guide (all the management commands will require explicit
endpoint).
