I was able to reproduce this after some magic test sequence
1) click Import model when agent not running
2) click Back in dialog
3) start agent
4) Import dialog appear again, but you don't click on Import button
> Close 'Import model from DB' if user answer Cancel in 'Unsaved changes' dialog
