Description:
Ignite shmem is abandoned, see below
1. Currently it is broken in the master and nobody cares about it.
2. It is not checked regularly on TC
3. Native module is of questionable code quality and doesn't compile on modern
gcc
4. Native module is not built regularly and we use strange artefact for release
instead (org.gridgain:ignite-shmem:jar:1.0.0)
