Description:
Issues in bnary distribution
(https://dlcdn.apache.org/ignite/2.14.0/apache-ignite-2.14.0-bin.zip):
* *platforms/dotnet/bin* contains *netcoreapp3.1* directory, even though we are
on .NET 6 now
* LINQ and other binaries are missing in *netcoreapp3.1* directory
* Examples do not work correctly because they expect
*\bin\Apache.Ignite.Core.dll* in *Directory.Build.props* - as a result, latest
NuGet package is used instead of dlls from the parent dir.
