Currently, the default test timeout is 1 minute which turns out to be too low: 
there are tests like ItBplusTreeReuseListPersistentPageMemoryTest and 
LogEntryCodecPerfTest that might take more than 1 minute. For now, we can raise 
timeouts to 10 minutes and later lower them down selectively.
