Description: Need to extend interface of deployment unit api from
IGNITE-18729 and add possibility to find units by node constent id. (was: We
need to rework introduced in IGNITE-18729 keys of deployment units in
metastorage.
It should be possible to find all deployment units by consistent id of node,
but currently its possible only via iterating by all unit keys. )
