ODBC Driver in Ignite 2 uses another marshalling libraries (binary). Let's port
all the code from Ignite 2 that is not related to marshalling. To do:
1. Move odbc library from Ignite 2;
2. Integrate it into build system;
3. Fix everything that prevents library from compiling. If something is too
hard to fix, make a new ticket for this task.
