I've tried to create tables with 1 and 1000 columns in order to vary table
creation message size. Occurred that abount of columns and thus table size
doesn't effect the ability of meta storage to process tableCreation invokes.
Locally test starts failing after 84 +/- tables. Ticket priority was changed to
"Minor".
