It will be usefull to have metrics for AI3 thread pools.
As start point we could introduce average time spent in thread pool.
For example SQL engine use query pool for execute small pieces of work for
whole set of execution SQL queries. User could observe value of idle time for
the pieces and take decision to change size of the query pool.
Open question is "average over what period?"
