Description:
To switch the *IndexManager* to catalog events, I need:
* method to get all indexes for the latest catalog version;
* method to get index by the catalog version;
* method to get all tables for the latest catalog version;
* recovery catalog to the latest version of the meta storage;
* small refactoring inside classes;
