Description:
h3. Motivation
Within IGNITE-18856 primary replica calculation was switched from raft leader
collocation to primary replicas provided by placement driver service, however
within replica requests, exceptions, tx context naming term still used (despite
the fact that instead real term it holds lease.startTime). So, it's required to
rename term wherever possible.
h3. Definition of Done
* Term should be renamed to enlistment consistency token or similar wherever
leases are used.
