Description: {{ExecutableTableRegistryImpl#loadTable()}} obtains
{{SchemaDescriptor}} using the '{_}latest{_}' semantics, but the version of the
table it's loading is known, so it should be used to get a specific descriptor
with the given table version, not the latest one. (was:
