Description: This issue is reproduced in
{{GridTcpCommunicationSpiSslSelfTest}}. All tests hangs during tcp handshake
process in infinite loop in
{{org.apache.ignite.spi.communication.tcp.internal.TcpHandshakeExecutor#tcpHandshake}}
