Names of annotations in ignite-configuration-api module 
(org.apache.ignite.configuration.annotation) are inconsistent:

- *Configuration* Root
- *Configuration* Extension

- *Config*
- *Config* Value
- Polymorphic *Config*
- ...

Names should either Config* or Configuration* but not both.
The same naming scheme should applied to ConfigurationType that is located in 
org.apache.ignite.configuration.annotation as well
