Description:
We need to rewrite ItReplicaLifecycleTest so it could be possible to set node
attributes to a node when we start it, so we could write proper tests for
altering filters as a rebalance trigger.

We need to rewrite ItReplicaLifecycleTest so it could start a node not only in
the BeforeEach section, but in any place in a test, also it must be possible to
set node attributes to a node, so we could write proper tests for altering
filters as a rebalance trigger.

* It is possible to start a partial node in any place in ItReplicaLifecycleTest
* It it possible to pass node attributes to such node
