Description:
Although calcite 1.39 ver is not resolved, there are couple of issues [1][2]
resolved under calcite activity but still mentioned in code under ignite issues
activity. The goal of this issue is to check all places where this issue is
mentioned and make appropriate fix also bump calcite ver when it become ready.
1. Unmute tests disabled under this ticket:
Search for a TODO's referencing this issue. There are at least few of them in
{{{}org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.planner.datatypes.NumericQuantifyOperatorTypeCoercionTest{}}}.
After upgrade to Calcite 1.39 muted tests are expected to pass.
