Description:
This relates to functionality that (for per-zone partitions) was moved from
PartitionReplicaListener to ZonePartitionReplicaListener. An example of such
functionality is TxFinishRequest handler.
Same should be done for PartitionListenerTest and ZonePartitionRaftListener
tests.
