[1] Introduce lazy loading approach of database tables and schemas also it
deprecates some methods are currently used, check for example : RelOptSchemaImpl
org.apache.calcite.schema.Schema#getTable
org.apache.calcite.schema.SchemaPlus#getSubSchema
Need to migrate into new methods.
