Summary: Move TraceID to the end of error messages

TraceID as a full UUID at the start of the message makes the errors too clunky.
Improvement suggestion:
* Change printed TraceID from full UUID to the first 8 symbols (it’s unlikely
that the printed part will clash in the printed errors, but even if it does,
it’s not a huge problem)
* Move TraceID to the end of the message
