Description:
After IGNITE-24554 there was a decision to move the follow system properties as
system configuration entires:
|IGNITE_SENSITIVE_DATA_LOGGING|
*Motivation*
We don't want any system properties either test-only or temporal with {{TODO}}
for removal with a ticket.
*Definition of done*
The property should be moved to the system configuration map.

We don't want any system properties either test-only or temporal with {{TODO}}

*Definition of done*
All 5 properties move to the system configuration map.
