Description:
For Rolling Upgrade feature, Ignite cluster can contain 2 (at most) different
versions of Ignite nodes. Let's add check for that.
This check must be hidden for a while, and enabled by system property.
Start point to see is OsDiscoveryNodeValidationProcessor
Need to write compatibility tests, cover cases with thick clients, move
coordinator, etc..
