This is part of IGNITE-25535, where we need to add a return of the result for
*org.apache.ignite.internal.storage.MvPartitionStorage#addWrite** to implement
optimization. For example, if the transaction does not match, do not throw an
exception, but return the result with this and all the necessary information.
