Description:
[Ignite Abbrev Plugin|https://github.com/dspavlov/ignite-abbrev-plugin] is
outdated (last updated 7 years ago). It uses deprecated DevKit plugin as build
system and old APIs. Let’s modernize it by:
# Switching to Gradle IntelliJ Platform Plugin 2.x.
# Replacing deprecated code with modern APIs.
The goal is to make the plugin easier to maintain
