Description: We use ConnectionManager#localAddress, that can be anyLocal if
no listenAddresses are configured, so nodes will advertise incorrect address.
Code from AI2 should be used (was: ConnectionManager#localAddress can be
anyLocal, so nodes will advertise incorrect address)
