Vyacheslav Koptilin updated IGNITE-25639:
-----------------------------------------
Description:
Need to add the JVM uptime metric to the already existing JVM metrics
[https://ignite.apache.org/docs/ignite3/latest/administrators-guide/metrics/metrics-list#jvm]
Also, it makes sense to add CpuLoad metric to the `OS` metrics.
||Metric Source||Metric Name||Description||
|[os\|http://example.com]|CpuLoad|CPU load. The value is between 0.0 and 1.0,
where 0.0 means no CPU load and 1.0 means 100% CPU load.
If the CPU load is not available, a negative value is returned.|
|jvm|UpTime|The uptime of the Java virtual machine in milliseconds.|
