There are couple BinaryContext dependencies from ignite-core module.
Almost all of them must be moved to commons and binary-api modules.
"Simple" dependencies mean they may be moved to modules without (or with
minimal) changes.
list of simple dependencies:
* DuplicateTypeIdException
* UnregisteredClassException
* GridMapEntry
* IgniteUuid
