{{ConfigurationBasedSinkRegistry}} and {{ConfigurationBasedChannelRegistry}}
incorrectly assume that configuration listener will always be called. Proper
use of the configuration is to get the current value in the
{{IgniteComponent.startAsync}} method and attach a configuration there.
