It [was
proposed|https://github.com/apache/ignite-3/pull/6599#discussion_r2354826867]
to make attribute {{name}} non nullable in {{TablePrimaryKey}}. This change
requires to move name generation out of {{CreateTable}} command, which results
in number of tests modification, and not directly related to the original
patch. Hence, it's been decided to move this activity to a separate ticket.
