Ignite 2 caches allow registering custom SqlFunctionClasses.
However, these classes are not required to operate the migration tools.
Therefore, we can skip them when reading data from Configurations or persistent
cache data files. By doing so, the user will no longer be required to provide
those classes and will still be able to use all of the migration tools features.
We may initially support SqlFunctionClasses, and then expand into other
unnecessary configuration parts.
