Description:
Currently, Ignite provides API to enable/disable WAL only thgough java API.
IgniteCluster#disableWal(String cacheName)
IgniteCluster#enableWal(String cacheName)
IgniteCluster#isWalEnabled(String cacheName)
After disable/enable WAL to ensure consistency checkpoint must be done.
We must provide checkpoint command

But, in practice those commands invoked by administrator.
