Description:
For now, nodes with different {{DataStorageConfiguration.walMode}} can coexist
in the topology (e.g. FSYNC and BACKGROUND simultaniously). This situation
could lead to mixed guarantees and can affect some crucial parts of consistency
(e.g. historical rebalancing)
