The following needs to be done:
* Change the versions in pyproject.toml;
* Change the versions in question in tox file;
* Change the versions in TC suite;
* Change the versions in GitHub Actions;
* Update docs (README.md) and others - check with grep;
* Add tests with GIL disabled (or create a separate ticket for that).
