h3. Motivation
Each time when a CMG/MG replication operation stops to wait for the replication
group availability, the waiting period may be unpredictable. We can report a
warning in the log and also add information about CMG/MG nodes.
h3. Definition of done
A warning should be displayed in the logs.

[WARN] Meta storage replication group is not available (start nodes to recovery
node1, node2).

The output should include time throttling.
