Test GridCacheVersionGenerationWithCacheStorageTest hangs on TC and fails
entire "Cache 13" suite.
Reason: When "exchange-worker" is waiting on test latch during node stop
InterruptedException is captured and ignored. Interrupted flag is set to false
after that. Thread body, can't detect thread interruption and continues to
work.
