Description:
To setup generation machinery and provide usefulle feature as a first step
let's implement code generations for management commands arguments.
Command arguments strictly following Ignite code convention and other successor
of IgniteDataTransferObject not.
In the following improvements we provide code generation support for all
classes based on IgniteDataTransferObject which will include some refactoring
of classes and generator code.
