Description:
Tests:
CacheQueryEntityWithDateTimeApiFieldsTest#testSelectByAllFields
and
CacheQueryEntityWithDateTimeApiFieldsTest#testDeleteByAllFields
are flaky
sometimes for requested fields like :
locTime = 00:22:25.000000001, locDate = 2026-02-06, locDateTime =
2026-02-06T00:00:00.000000001
it returns :
00:29:50, 2026-02-06, 2026-02-06 00:00:00.000000001
can be reproduced locally
it can also be thae same as [1]
