Added metrics (under storage.aipersist):
RunConsistentlyDuration - Time spent in runConsistently closures in nanoseconds
(histogram).
RunConsistentlyStarted - Total number of runConsistently invocations started.
RunConsistentlyActiveCount - Current number of active runConsistently calls.
